Disclaimer + Warranty Information

1. A reasonable cash deposit is required for orders where parts must be removed, or ordered from other sources.

2. Exchange parts must be turned in at the time of purchase, or a core charge will be made. The core charge will be refunded if exchange parts are brought in within 30 days. The refund of the core charge will not include sales tax.

3. Warranty period begins at date of purchase.

4. All fluids must be changed in accordance with manufacturers specifications or warranty will be void. Records of fluid changes must be kept or warranty will be void.

5. All mechanical parts in excess of 100,000 miles are guaranteed for 30 days.

6. All mechanical parts with less than 100,000 miles are guaranteed for 180 days.

7. All drive-line components(engines, transmissions, differentials and drive-shafts) that originate in turbocharged vehicles are guaranteed to be in good working order at time of purchase. After such time, no guarantee will be given.

8. All electrical parts are guaranteed for 30 days.

9. All body parts are guaranteed for 180 days.

10. No returns whatsoever after 30 days.

11. All returns must be in original condition and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. It is agreed that sole determiner of original condition for return is F&S Auto Parts Inc.

12. THERE IS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR USAGE AFTER TIME OF PURCHASE. F&S AUTO PARTS INC. IS NOT LIABLE FOR AND PURCHASER WAIVES ALL CLAIMS FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHICH RESULT FROM THE SALE OF THE ABOVE PARTS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LABOR CHARGES TO INSTALL OR REMOVE THE PARTS, LOSS OF INCOME, WAGES, OR SALARY OR CAR RENTAL CHARGES. BUYER'S SOLE REMEDY AGAINST SELLER SHALL BE A RETURN OF THE PRICE ON THE FRONT SIDE OF THIS INVOICE OR AN EXCHANGE OF A REPLACEMENT PART IF TIMELY RETURNED TO SELLER. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.

13. All used parts or merchandise must be inspected by buyer for defects or safety hazards. F&S Auto Parts Inc. in no way guarantees or warrants used merchandise for apparent or non-apparent safety hazards and affirmatively states that used parts or merchandise sold may have safety hazards, and it is the responsibility of buyer to inspect for actual or latent safety hazards or hire an expert to so inspect.

14. Buyer affirms that before he has entered into this agreement. F&S Auto Parts Inc. requested that buyer examine the parts or merchandise, to ascertain whether there were defects therein; that F&S Auto Parts Inc. afforded to buyer an adequate opportunity to make such examination before he entered into this agreement and that he has examined the goods as fully as buyer desires for the purpose of determining whether there are defects.

15. No warranty on labor.

16. Shipping is non-refundable.

17. All items sold via internet are subject to special terms and conditions described. If none are described then standard terms apply.

18. For used airbags to operate properly, a qualified technician must install used airbag in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's specifications. Any used airbag that is not correctly installed will subject passengers in a vehicle to risks of serious injuries, including death, which may arise as a result of the improper installation of a used airbag. F&S Auto Parts Inc., makes absolutely NO warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness for a general or particular purpose or of merchantability in connection with any sale of used airbags. ALL USED AIRBAGS ARE SOLD “AS IS”. Used airbags are not tested by F&S Auto Parts Inc. to meet any safety standards. The installer of a used airbag must test whether the used airbag will function properly. The purchaser of a used airbag from F&S Auto Parts Inc. agrees to accept all risks of damages or injuries, including death, relating to the use of a used airbag.
